Monthly software cost, before and after. SFS Martial Arts Academy in Vaughan was running separate tools for membership, billing, marketing and its website, with staff moving data between them by hand.
The problem
The studio had built up a stack of subscriptions over time. Several of them did the same job, and keeping them in sync took manual work.
The website wasn't giving the studio the online presence or local visibility it needed, and trial class signups arrived as emails that someone had to retype into the studio's system.
What I did
Removed the tool overload
I audited what the studio was subscribed to, cut the software that duplicated other software, and removed that cost entirely.
Streamlined the operation
What was left got connected, so membership, billing and reporting run as one flow instead of three sets of manual entry.
Wired the website into the system
I built a new website and connected the Market Muscles API to the free trial class form, so a signup on the website creates the lead and books the class with no one retyping it.
Improved local visibility
I worked on the studio's Google Business Profile and SEO so more people searching nearby could find it.
Lowered marketing spend
I optimized the Google Ads account so the same enrolment volume costs less, and the studio's overall marketing cost came down.
